This is developed for especially to small and mid scale businesses to analyze the different sales your business is making and will keep track of the sales, purchase, transactions, shipping and alert system etc. Services: Purchase Order: PO is an official contact between the buyer and seller mentioning the exact services to be processes from one or more vendors. This Purchase order will contain the Product ID, Description, Quantity, Price, vendor name and shipping details. This purchase order is generally generator by the retailer person which tells the transaction is saved and payment will be paid. Sales order: The SO is called as sales order and this is issued by a company to the customer. This order may consist of the products or some deliverables to the customer from that business. This sales order is tracking the whole customers buying the products from the company and this will be used for better internal auditing. Whenever a sales order is generated the system will check the warehouse if any purchase order should be generated or not.
